Cooking is one of my stress reliever. And when I do, most often pasta, I end up making white sauce pasta because everyone at home loves it. So here’s the thing, we had this food photography topic in our photography class last semester. Pasta was the subject, any type of pasta and sauce will do except for the common pasta and sauce—spaghetti. Since the instruction was clear, of course, pasta fettuccine and carbonara sauce would be definitely the class’ trend. With that thought, I pushed myself to have some experiment. And guess what? I discovered an awesome and delicious recipe, the penne in white sauce. Having good comments from my family and friends regarding the recipe, I think it’s your time now to impress your family and friends too!
